Fee of Land Transfer

Land development tax and various fees


1. Court Fee for Application = 5 / - (Five Taka)

2. Notice issuance fee = 2 / - (two rupees) (for not more than 4 persons) for every more than four persons will be charged as additional 0.50 rupees.

3. Record correction fee = 200 / - (two hundred rupees).

4. Copy mutation ledger fee = 43 / - (forty three rupees).

        Cost of mutation: Total = 250 / - (two hundred and fifty rupees) + If there are more than four people, the notice issuance fee will be charged as 0.50 rupees more per person.

Note:
If the mutation case is not disposed of within 45 days from the date of submission of application and any additional fee for the said cost is claimed, please contact the Assistant Commissioner (Land) / Upazila Executive Officer / Revenue Deputy Collector / Additional Deputy Commissioner (Revenue) or Deputy Commissioner.
